Hometown Pharmacy is committed to providing an alternative to “big box” pharmacy and nowhere is that After Walgreen’s bought out the independent pharmacy in Verona and opened its new store on the corner, the owners of Hometown Pharmacy decided to reopen a store just a block away from one of the country’s biggest chains.
They felt that Verona, with its strong tradition of family pharmacy, would support a smaller, more responsive local pharmacy. Read more
